So I’m back once again with another book tag. I saw readingwithjessica do this tag, along with some other people and it looked like so much fun, so I decided to jump on the bandwagon and do it myself. Besides, I’m quite the fan of zombie apocalypse and apocalypses in general, so this seems right up my alley!
I just thought I’d do something different today and share with y’all the books that are on my kindle. I get daily emails about cheap and free ebooks, so I’m always purchasing any that interest me or that I think I may enjoy. I also get a free pre-release book every month through Amazon Prime. And because of that, I keep accumulating all these e-books and then not reading them or forgetting about them (unless they’re library books). So hopefully this will also be good for me to be held responsible for these books that I own. (Though let’s not get too crazy here). Thankfully though, recently I’ve gone through and cleaned out my e-library a bit so I don’t have nearly as many as I once had.
So it’s been a minute since I’ve done a book haul and I’ve accumulated a good chunk of books in the past few months; so I just decided to talk about all the books I’ve received and bought the last few months.
Rev Fletcher is battling the demons of his past. But with loving adoptive parents by his side, he’s managed to keep them at bay…until he gets a letter from his abusive father and the trauma of his childhood comes hurtling back.
Emma Blue spends her time perfecting the computer game she built from scratch, rather than facing her parents’ crumbling marriage. She can solve any problem with the right code, but when an online troll’s harassment escalates, she’s truly afraid.
When Rev and Emma meet, they both long to lift the burden of their secrets and bond instantly over their shared turmoil. But when their situations turn dangerous, their trust in each other will be tested in ways they never expected. This must-read story will once again have readers falling for Brigid Kemmerer’s emotional storytelling
